Chicken Diet ..???

I come across this diet called chicken diet.  It seem delicious since my fav food is roasted chicken.  After reading it ... i guess it is worth of trying, if you can't avoid any food.  I will tried it after my diet plan next month.

The Chicken diet is very simple and tasty. Chicken is well absorbed by the body. It contains about 20% of valuable protein, vitamins, iron. Chicken diet includes vegetables, fruits, juices and cereals. You can lose weight up to 4,5 kg in one week. Chicken meat is the ideal product for fasting days.
