DAY TWO All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh or raw vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. DAY THREE Mix day one and day two. Eat all the soup, fruit and vegetables you want. But NO baked potato today. | BY END OF DAY THREE If you have eaten as written for three days and have not cheated, you will find that you have lost around 5 - 7 pounds [2 - 3 kilos] |
DAY FOUR Bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas and as many glasses of skim milk as you can on this day along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and so is the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium and the carbohydrates and calcium to satisfy your craving for sweets. | ![]() |
![]() | DAY FIVE Beef and tomatoes. Beef 10-12oz. You have to wash the acids from your body. You must eat the soup at least once this day. You can substitute chicken [broiled or baked, absolutely no skin]. If you prefer you may substitute broiled fish BUT only on one of the beef days. |
DAY SIX Beef 10-12ozs and vegetables. But no hamburger! Eat beef and vegetables to your heart's content on this day. Have a couple of steaks and lots of vegetables, but NO baked potato. Eat the soup at least once on this day. | ![]() |
